Prohibits any person or entity from leasing, selling, conveying, or transferring any interest in real property located in New York to the People's Republic of China, the Chinese Communist Party, or any affiliated entities

Grants the New York Attorney General authority to enforce the prohibition by seeking court orders to enjoin violations

Allows the Attorney General to bring actions for injunctive or declaratory relief if property is being sold or leased, or has already been sold or leased, in violation of the law

Creates a new Article 17 in the Real Property Law titled "Prohibiting the Sale of Real Property to the People's Republic of China"

Takes effect 30 days after becoming law
