Drop-in centers are defined as facilities providing services like hot meals, showers, laundry, medical care, and employment referrals to single adults, but not overnight housing

Intake centers are facilities where individuals or families apply for shelter with the department

Emergency congregate housing includes locations operated by state, city, or local agencies where people reside for more than 96 continuous hours in shared sleeping quarters and bathrooms

Applies to any provider reimbursed from state or state-administered grants or funds, requiring products be provided at no cost to individuals
