Adds the Johnson City school district to the list of school districts authorized to establish an insurance reserve fund under General Municipal Law section 6-n

Allows the district to make expenditures from the reserve fund for losses, claims, actions, or judgments for which the district is authorized or required to purchase or maintain insurance

Permits coverage specifically for risks authorized under paragraph three of subsection (a) of section 1113 of the insurance law (property/casualty insurance)

Requires compliance with both General Municipal Law section 6-n and article 74 of the education law governing reserve funds

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
