Mandates weekly data collection from school districts and weekly dashboard updates at minimum

Requires data visualizations designed to be clear and accessible to families, educators, policymakers, and the public, along with comparisons to prior school years

Takes effect one year after becoming law, with the commissioner authorized to establish regulations for data submission methods and formats
