Requires health insurance policies, group policies, and HMOs to cover electrocardiogram (EKG) tests and interpretation for adults and children who have received a coronavirus vaccine

Coverage must be provided regardless of whether the individual has a family history of heart disease or conditions

EKG must be ordered by a physician or other licensed professional authorized under state education law to administer such tests, in accordance with prevailing clinical standards

Extends the same EKG coverage requirement to Medicaid recipients, contingent on obtaining federal approval for financial participation

Applies to any insurance policy issued, delivered, renewed, or modified on or after the effective date of the act
