Allows mental health counselor license applicants to directly submit their supervised experience verification forms, provided the supervisory portion is completed, signed, and attested by the supervisor

Requires the Commissioner of Education to promulgate regulations for applicant submission of verification forms, including safeguards such as sealed envelopes, direct supervisor submission, encrypted electronic submission, or other anti-tampering measures

Authorizes the department to conduct audits or additional verification of supervised experience as necessary

Updates paragraph lettering in existing licensure requirements (examination, age, character, and fees) to accommodate the new verification submission provision
