Expands coverage scope from diabetes only to include "other sugar disorders" for all related monitoring equipment and supplies

Applies to individual health insurance policies, group/blanket accident and health insurance policies, and health service corporation plans

Takes effect 90 days after becoming law and applies to policies issued, renewed, amended, modified, or altered on or after that date
