Expands the crime of criminal interference with health care services or religious worship to include groups of two or more people demonstrating within 25 feet of reproductive health care facilities or places of religious worship, including parking lot entrances and driveways

Broadens the definition of "health care facility" and "place of religious worship" to include driveways, entrances, exits, and any public way or sidewalk that touches such locations

Adds a new definition for "place of religious worship" covering any building, structure, or space used primarily for religious services, observance, prayer, assembly, or devotional practice

Changes language from protecting those "seeking to exercise the right of religious freedom" to those who "seek to enter" a place of religious worship or exercise religious freedom therein

Takes effect 60 days after becoming law; repeat offenders face criminal interference in the first degree, a class E felony
