Simplifies "promoting prostitution in the first degree" to cover victims under 15 years old, removing the previous two-tier structure based on offender age

Expands the definition of "compelling prostitution" to include additional methods beyond force or intimidation, such as deception, manipulation, coercion, abuse of trust or authority, and exploitation of power or emotional control
