Authorizes New York City to transfer property at 2122 Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard in Manhattan (Block 1932, Lot 29) to The Allah Youth Center in Mecca Inc. (The Allah School) at no cost

The Allah School has occupied the land openly, exclusively, and continuously since 1967, providing educational, social, recreational, and developmental services to the Harlem community

Property must be used primarily for operating The Allah School and providing related services to support the organization's long-term sustainability

Conveyance includes a reverter clause: if the property is not used for the specified purposes, ownership reverts back to New York City

The Allah School may submit a survey and property description for city approval but is not required to do so
