Allows mifepristone and misoprostol (abortion medications) to be dispensed without the name and address of the dispenser or patient on the prescription label, requiring only a prescription number or other identifying means

Requires dispensers to maintain a confidential log containing prescription numbers, dispenser and patient names and addresses, and other required information for at least five years

Subjects all prescription records for mifepristone and misoprostol to the privacy protections of section 394-i of the general business law

Permits prescribers to request that pharmacy labels omit the pharmacy owner's name, prescriber's name, and patient's name and address

Allows disclosure of records only when strictly necessary for investigating activities that constitute crimes under New York state law
