Removes native frogs (except bullfrogs), native salamanders, native lizards, and most native turtles (except common snapping turtles) from the definition of "small game" that can be hunted

Creates new protected wildlife categories for "wild reptiles" (all native lizards and turtles except common snapping turtles) and "wild amphibians" (all native toads, salamanders, newts, and frogs except bullfrogs)

Limits frog hunting to bullfrogs only, with harvesting methods to be determined by the Department of Environmental Conservation through regulation rather than specified in statute

Removes specific statutory methods for taking frogs (spearing, catching with hands, club, or hook) and replaces with department-regulated methods for bullfrogs

Repeals existing provisions related to salamanders, lizards, and turtles in the open season regulations under section 11-0905
