Extends the effective date of a related 2025 law (concerning police officer training for sexual assault crimes) from 90 days to one year after enactment

Removes previous statutory language requiring development of a general training curriculum for child protective services workers in favor of targeted training requirements for workers on investigative teams

Takes effect immediately, with substantive provisions on training requirements taking effect on the same date as the related 2025 police training law
