Amends terminology from "motor vehicle glass repair shop" to "motor vehicle glass repair facility" throughout the general business law provisions on advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) calibration requirements

Prohibits insurers from mandating that glass repair facilities install replacement motor vehicle glass that cannot be calibrated or recalibrated to the vehicle manufacturer's specifications

Prohibits glass repair facilities from charging consumers or insurers for unsuccessful recalibrations of advanced driver assistance systems

Changes the penalty structure from a flat $2,500 per occurrence to a graduated system: written warning for first violation, up to $500 for second violation, and up to $2,000 for each subsequent violation

Delays the effective date of the underlying 2025 law (S.4879-B/A.6943-B) from immediate effect to 180 days after becoming law
