Requires the Veterans Service Commission, in consultation with the Office of the Chief Disability Officer, to submit a report on services for veterans with service-connected disabilities by April 1, 2029

Report must review services including education/vocational training, healthcare (medical, mental, dental, rehabilitation), employment, housing, transportation, long-term care, personal care, adult day healthcare, family caregiver services, and legal assistance

Report must identify deficiencies in availability, accessibility, and delivery of services, along with recommendations for improvement and better coordination

Report must assess the necessity and feasibility of implementing a comprehensive statewide coordinated services program for veterans with service-connected disabilities

Commission must publish the report online with a 30-day public comment period before submission; final report with comment synopsis goes to the Governor, Senate President, and Assembly Speaker
