Covers AI-generated false reports of crimes, catastrophes, or emergencies that could cause public alarm or inconvenience

Applies to AI-generated false reports made to emergency response agencies about non-existent catastrophes or emergencies

Includes AI-generated false reports to law enforcement about offenses that did not occur or false information about actual incidents

Extends to AI-generated false reports of child abuse, maltreatment, or abuse/neglect of vulnerable persons to central registries or mandated reporters

The offense remains classified as a Class A misdemeanor
