Requires the Office of Court Administration to submit an annual report by March 15th on cases involving property/casualty insurance companies and their insureds that were settled or reached judgment during the preceding year

Report must be submitted to the Governor, Senate, Assembly, chairs of the Senate and Assembly insurance committees, and the Superintendent of the Department of Financial Services

Each case entry must include: date of first legal filing, date of settlement/judgment, whether result was settlement or judgment, amount awarded, and whether third-party litigation funding was utilized

Report must also identify the insurance company involved, type of policy coverage, whether resolution occurred through mediation/judge/jury, which court heard the case, and the assigned judge's name

Takes effect immediately upon passage
