Eliminates the requirement that insurance agents and brokers include an insurer's full name and principal office location in all advertisements, public announcements, signs, pamphlets, circulars, and cards

Amends New York Insurance Law Section 2122 by removing subsection (b), which previously mandated disclosure of the insurer's complete name and the city, town, or village of its U.S. principal office

Makes technical corrections to cross-references in Sections 1101 and 2117 of the insurance law, updating paragraph citations from "paragraph two of subsection (a)" to "subsection (b)" to reflect the restructured section

Maintains existing prohibitions on insurance producers advertising financial conditions of insurers without compliance requirements and on promoting unauthorized insurers

Takes effect immediately upon passage
