Prohibits game animals taken with lead ammunition (containing 1% or more lead by weight) from being donated, distributed, or served for human consumption in New York State

Requires donated game to be labeled with the method of take and type of ammunition used, in addition to existing requirements for meat type, license number, processor information, and processing date

Permits donations of game taken by archery or with non-lead ammunition to continue under existing charitable donation programs

Directs the Department of Environmental Conservation, in consultation with the Department of Health, to publish and maintain a list of recognized non-lead ammunition on its website

Takes effect two years after becoming law, with agencies authorized to begin developing implementing regulations immediately
