Covers approximately 1,233 affected state employees with combined annual salaries of approximately $134 million as of March 31, 2025

Increases annual state pension contributions by an estimated $10 million beginning fiscal year 2027, raising contribution rates for Tier 6 participants from 25.6% to 32.3% of salary

Requires a one-time past service cost payment of $90 million by the state, due March 1, 2027

Grants full retirement credit for prior service rendered as environmental conservation officers, forest rangers, park police, and university police/peace officers
