Allows persons who served in the U.S. armed forces and were awarded the combat medical badge to apply for a special Combat Medic license plate for passenger cars, noncommercial motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, or other registrar-approved vehicles.

Requires applicants to provide documentary evidence of the combat medical badge award to the registrar of motor vehicles along with their registration application.

License plates shall display "combat medic" text and a reproduction of the combat medical badge, along with standard county identification stickers.

Plates are issued upon payment of regular license taxes, any local motor vehicle license taxes, applicable additional fees under existing law, and compliance with all motor vehicle registration requirements.

Prohibits false representation of combat medical badge status to obtain these plates and prohibits non-eligible persons from owning vehicles bearing combat medic plates.
