Amends section 4503.571 of the Revised Code to add motorcycles to the list of vehicles eligible for Purple Heart license plates.

Purple Heart recipients can apply to register passenger cars, noncommercial motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, or other registrar-approved vehicle classes with special Purple Heart plates.

License plates must be inscribed with "PURPLE HEART" in addition to standard letters and numbers, and include county identification stickers.

Purple Heart license plates and validation stickers are issued without payment of registration fees, service fees, or local motor vehicle license taxes.

If combined with a special reserved license plate request, applicants must pay 75 percent of the additional fee normally required.
