Legislative Description

To temporarily reduce the per pupil base-cost payments to certain community schools in academic watch or academic emergency, to use the aggregate of those reductions to make supplemental payments for Auxiliary Services for chartered nonpublic school students and for administrative cost reimbursement to chartered nonpublic schools, and to make an appropriation.
