Amends section 2329.26 of the Revised Code to authorize officers conducting foreclosure sales to advertise via county-maintained websites as an alternative to newspaper publication.

Requires public notice of foreclosure sales at least three weeks before the sale date using either website advertisement or newspaper publication.

Maintains existing requirement that judgment creditors serve written notice on the judgment debtor and other parties to the action at least seven calendar days before the sale.

Exempts parties in default for failure to appear in the original action from receiving service of the written notice.

Subjects newspaper publication notices to requirements in section 2329.27 of the Revised Code, with courts retaining authority to designate specific newspapers when publication is required or chosen.
