Establishes comprehensive sexual health education standards for Ohio public schools, including age-appropriate instruction on contraception, sexually transmitted infections, and healthy relationships.

Requires all school districts to provide HIV/AIDS prevention education to students in grades 7-12 at least once in grades 7-9 and once in grades 10-12, taught by trained instructors using medically and scientifically accurate information.

Mandates that abstinence education, if age-appropriate, stress the value of abstinence while not excluding instruction on contraceptive and disease reduction measures.

Allows parents to request written exemption for their child from comprehensive sexual health education and HIV/AIDS prevention education without academic penalty, and requires schools to provide alternative educational activities.

Designates section 3313.6011 of the Revised Code as the "Act for Our Children's Future" and applies these standards to community schools and STEM schools through compliance requirements.
