Director of Job and Family Services must annually report the 50 employers with the most employees receiving or whose income was counted toward eligibility for children's health insurance program, Medicaid, Ohio Works First, or supplemental nutrition assistance program.

Report must specify employer names, number of qualifying employees at each employer, and total state cost for benefits provided to each employer's employees during the previous year.

Annual reports are public records but cannot include identifying information about individual employees.

Director of Job and Family Services must distribute reports to all general assembly members, director of development, director of budget and management, and tax credit authority members for consideration when awarding contracts, subsidies, or incentives.

Director of Job and Family Services must make reports available on a searchable internet website within one year, including information about how the reports influenced decisions on contracts, awards, subsidies, and incentives.
