Amends section 5902.02 of the Revised Code to modify the membership composition of the Veterans Advisory Committee established by the Director of Veterans Services.

Adds a member of the Military Officers Association of America who is a resident of Ohio to the advisory committee membership.

Maintains existing committee members including representatives from congressionally chartered veterans organizations, county commissioners association, county veterans service commissioners and officers, women veterans advisory committee, labor organizations, and the attorney general's office.

Specifies that the three representatives from the Ohio state association of county veterans service commissioners shall have a combined vote of one, and three representatives from the state association of county veterans service officers shall have a combined vote of one.

Requires the department of veterans services to submit proposed rules for the advisory committee's operation to the committee for review and revision before submission to the joint committee on agency rule review.
