Amends section 122.12 of the Revised Code to expand the definition of "game" to include Olympic-style boxing competitions eligible for state grants.

Adds four Olympic-style boxing competitions to the eligible sporting events: the Golden Gloves of America, Inc., National Golden Gloves Tournament, USA Boxing Association National Championships, and International Boxing Association World Cup or World Championships.

Expands the definition of "site selection organization" to include Golden Gloves of America, Inc., the USA Boxing Association, and the International Boxing Association as entities eligible to select sites in Ohio for sporting events.

Maintains existing eligibility for other major sporting events including NFL Super Bowl, NCAA championships, NBA All-Star Game, NHL All-Star Game, MLB All-Star Game, and Olympic Games.
