Allows owners or lessees of passenger cars, noncommercial motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, and other registrar-approved vehicles to apply for Prince Hall Freemason license plates.

Prince Hall Freemason license plates shall display identifying words and a symbol or logo designed by the Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of Ohio and approved by the registrar, along with county identification stickers.

Requires payment of the regular license fee under section 4503.04, any applicable local motor vehicle license taxes, and an additional ten-dollar fee to obtain the plates.

The additional ten-dollar fee shall be transmitted to the state treasurer for deposit into the state bureau of motor vehicles fund created by section 4501.25 of the Revised Code.

Applications for Prince Hall Freemason license plates may be combined with requests for special reserved license plates under sections 4503.40 or 4503.42 of the Revised Code.
