Department of Development shall coordinate with Secretary of State to create a single online small business resource center on the department's internet website as a central location for small business information.

Resource center shall provide direct information or electronic links on 11 specified topics including starting a business, workforce availability, regulatory requirements, licenses and permits, financing opportunities, tax requirements, advocacy opportunities, frequently asked questions, Ohio business gateway, state procurement opportunities, and workers' compensation requirements.

The center shall allow voluntary registration for electronic updates, but registration shall not be required to access any information.

Department shall annually consult with or survey small business groups to assess available online resources and gather suggestions for improving the resource center.

Each reference or item on the resource center must display the date it was most recently updated.
