Enacts section 4905.76 of the Revised Code to prohibit late charges, fees, and interest on telephone, wireless, and voice over internet protocol service bills.

Telephone companies cannot assess late payment fees, charges, or interest if a customer pays after the bill's due date.

Wireless service providers and voice over internet protocol service providers are prohibited from assessing late payment fees, charges, or interest on bills paid after the due date, to the extent permitted by federal law.

The Public Utilities Commission cannot approve rate applications for telephone service or public telecommunications service that include late payment fees, charges, or interest for payments made after the bill's due date.

Defines "wireless service" as federally licensed commercial mobile service (mobile telephone, cellular telephone, paging, personal communications services, and specialized mobile radio service) and excludes fixed wireless service.
