Eliminates personal liability for probate judges for the default, malfeasance, or nonfeasance of any appointee or employee, removing previous language that limited liability to amounts exceeding bond values.

Eliminates personal liability for juvenile judges for the default, misfeasance, or nonfeasance of any employee, with no exceptions based on bond requirements.

Updates gender-neutral language in Section 2151.13 by replacing "his" with "the deputy clerk's" and "the employee's" in references to duties and bond requirements.

Applies to all appointees and employees of probate courts, including investigators, assessors, clerks, bailiffs, and other court staff, regardless of whether bonds are required.

Repeals existing Sections 2101.11 and 2151.13 of the Revised Code in their entirety and replaces them with the amended versions.
