Amends section 4759.02 of the Revised Code to update language regarding dietetics licensure requirements and use of the "dietitian" title.

Enacts sections 4783.01 to 4783.05 to establish a regulatory framework for complementary or alternative health care practitioners, defining "bodywork," "complementary or alternative health care services," and related terms.

Prohibits complementary or alternative health care practitioners from performing surgery, making medical diagnoses, prescribing dangerous drugs, counseling individuals to disregard licensed health care provider instructions, and various other regulated medical activities.

Requires complementary or alternative health care practitioners to provide written disclosure documents to clients prior to service, including practitioner qualifications, a statement that they are not licensed health care professionals, and any financial arrangements with other practitioners.

Establishes that executive agencies may investigate complaints against practitioners only for violations of prohibited activities or failure to provide required disclosures, and clarifies that the chapter does not modify the scope of practice for licensed health care professionals.
