Amends Ohio Revised Code section 1533.10 to allow members of limited liability companies (LLCs) with five or fewer members to hunt on company-owned land without a hunting license if the member is an Ohio resident.

Expands existing hunting license exemptions that previously applied only to landowners and their families, tenants, and tenant children to now include LLC members meeting the specified criteria.

Maintains all other hunting license requirements, fees, and restrictions, including requirements for deer permits, wild turkey permits, wetlands habitat stamps, and fur taker permits.

Does not authorize taking of deer, wild turkeys, fur-bearing animals, ducks, geese, or brant without the appropriate additional permits and stamps, regardless of the LLC hunting license exemption.
