Amends the definition of "agriculture" in Ohio Revised Code sections 303.01, 519.01, and 5713.30 to include biodiesel production, biomass energy production, electric or heat energy production, and biologically derived methane gas production.

Biodiesel must be derived from vegetable oils or animal fats, meet American Society for Testing and Materials specification D6751-03a, and have at least 50% of starting material sourced from the same land where produced.

Biomass energy, electric or heat energy, and biologically derived methane gas must each have at least 50% of starting material derived from the same tracts, lots, or parcels of land where the energy or gas is produced.

Applies these expanded agricultural definitions to county zoning, township zoning, and current agricultural use valuation assessments under Ohio law.

Changes references from "and" to "or" in animal husbandry definitions and updates pronoun references throughout the affected statutes.
