Enacts section 3901.87 of the Revised Code to prohibit qualified health plans from providing coverage for nontherapeutic abortions.

Defines "nontherapeutic abortion" by reference to section 124.85 of the Revised Code.

Defines "qualified health plan" as any plan meeting the definition in section 1301 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act offered in Ohio through an exchange.

Establishes that Ohio affirmatively opts out of allowing qualified health plans covering nontherapeutic abortions to participate in state exchanges, as permitted under section 1303 of the Affordable Care Act.
