Creates the Ohio Beekeepers Task Force within the Department of Agriculture consisting of 12 types of members including legislators, state officials, beekeeping association representatives, and university experts.

Members must be appointed within 60 days of the bill's effective date, with the Task Force holding its first meeting within 90 days; the Governor selects a chairperson and vice-chairperson.

Task Force members receive no compensation for their services.

Within ten months of the effective date, the Task Force must submit a report to the Governor, legislative leaders, and the Ohio State Beekeepers Association addressing the honeybee crisis, pollinator shortages, state action plans, federal initiatives, five-year restoration goals, and available funding.

The Task Force must meet within 90 days after submitting its report to respond to questions from recipients, then ceases to exist after responding to all questions.
