Allows immediate family members of U.S. armed forces members who died outside a combat zone while serving honorably to apply for "Military Sacrifice" license plates for passenger cars, noncommercial motor vehicles, motor homes, and other approved vehicle classes.

"Military Sacrifice" license plates shall display a distinctive emblem and the words "military sacrifice" along with standard letters and numbers, and include county identification stickers.

Applicants must pay regular license tax under section 4503.04, any applicable motor vehicle taxes under Chapter 4504, and any additional fees for special reserved plates under sections 4503.40 or 4503.42.

Defines "member of the immediate family" as spouses, parents, stepparents, persons acting in loco parentis, full or half-siblings, adopted siblings, children, stepchildren, and grandparents.

Prohibits any person not meeting the immediate family criteria from falsely representing themselves as such to obtain these license plates.
