Requires individual and group health insuring corporation policies to provide benefits for colorectal cancer examinations and laboratory tests for individuals age 50 and older or those under 50 at high risk according to American Cancer Society guidelines.

Requires individual and group sickness and accident insurance policies and public employee benefit plans to provide colorectal cancer examination and laboratory test benefits under the same coverage criteria and subject to the same terms, conditions, copayments, and deductibles as similar benefits.

Requires medical assistance (Medicaid) coverage to include colorectal cancer examinations and laboratory tests for nonsymptomatic individuals age 50 and older or those under 50 at high risk according to American Cancer Society guidelines.

Specifies that all colorectal cancer screening benefits must be performed according to the most recently published American Cancer Society colorectal cancer screening guidelines.

Exempts specific insurance policies including disease-specific coverage, hospital indemnity, Medicare supplement, disability income, limited duration policies of six months or less, and supplemental-only policies from the colorectal cancer screening benefit requirements.
