Creates the "Ohio Nature Preserves" license plate available for passenger cars, noncommercial motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, and other registrar-approved vehicle classes.

Establishes the Ohio Nature Preserves Fund in the state treasury to receive contributions from applicants obtaining these license plates, with all investment earnings credited to the fund.

Requires applicants to pay a contribution of up to $40 (determined by the department), regular license fees, a $10 administrative fee, applicable motor vehicle taxes, and comply with all vehicle registration laws.

Directs the Department of Natural Resources to use fund money to finance nature preserve education, clean-up projects, maintenance, protection, and restoration.

License plates shall display county identification stickers and identifying words or markings designed by the Department of Natural Resources and approved by the registrar.
