Amends Ohio Revised Code sections 5307.11, 5307.12, 5307.13, 5307.14, and 5307.16 to allow courts of common pleas to order licensed auctioneers to conduct real property sales in partition proceedings.

Permits courts to order sales by either the sheriff who executed the writ of partition or a licensed auctioneer qualified under Chapter 4707 to conduct real property auctions.

Requires sales by licensed auctioneers to be conducted pursuant to Chapter 4707 of the Revised Code rather than using sheriff sale procedures.

Specifies that auctioneer compensation and expense reimbursement shall be determined under section 2335.021 of the Revised Code and apportioned as costs among the parties as the court finds reasonable.

Modifies provisions regarding deed execution to allow courts to order the sheriff to execute deeds when an officer or auctioneer has not conveyed land sold or elected to be taken in partition proceedings.
