Urges the President of the United States to direct the Department of Energy to grant USEC, Inc. a federal loan guarantee for its American Centrifuge Plant uranium enrichment project in Piketon, Ohio.

Identifies USEC as a leading supplier of enriched uranium fuel for commercial nuclear power plants operating a demonstration facility for next-generation uranium enrichment technology in Piketon.

Notes that the Department of Energy has delayed final review of USEC's loan guarantee application for at least six months to allow the company to meet technical and financial milestones and demonstrate commercial-scale deployment capability.

Warns that without the loan guarantee, USEC will demobilize the American Centrifuge Plant project, resulting in job losses affecting approximately 2,000 USEC and contractor employees in Ohio and other states.

Directs the House Clerk to transmit the resolution to the President, Secretary of Energy, Ohio Congressional delegation, Ohio Governor, Pike County Commissioners, and Ohio media.
