Urges the National Trust for Historic Preservation to place the sternwheel river steamboat Delta Queen on its annual list of America's 11 Most Endangered Historic Places.

The Delta Queen, built in 1926, is one of only two sternwheel river passenger boats operating under steam and the sole remaining Western Rivers system overnight passenger boat.

The steamboat's exemption from the 1966 Safety at Sea Act, which prohibits wooden boats from carrying more than 50 overnight passengers, expired on October 31, 2008; the boat currently carries 176 overnight passengers.

Placement on the endangered historic places list is intended to help preserve the steamboat so it can continue operating as an overnight passenger vessel on the Western Rivers system.

Directs the House Clerk to send authenticated copies of the resolution to the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Ohio's Congressional delegation, and Ohio news media.
