Recognizes Jolliff's dedication, talent, and competitive spirit combined with exemplary sportsmanship and leadership both in and out of competition.

Commends Jolliff's accomplishments as a reflection of pride on himself, his family, teammates, coach, school, and community.

Acknowledges the importance of athletic competition in the education of young people and the maturity gained through participation in track and field.
