Permits Ohio Hi-Y Youth in Government to use the Ohio House Chambers and hearing rooms for its 2010 model legislature event scheduled for April 15-17, 2010, contingent upon facility availability.

Authorizes the use of state legislative facilities to provide students with an accurate depiction of state government and the legislative process.

Recognizes Ohio Hi-Y Youth in Government as a beneficial educational organization that helps students better understand government and prepares them for productive adult citizenship.

Directs the Clerk of the House to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Ohio Hi-Y Youth in Government.
