Recognizes the Governor's Thirtieth Annual Holocaust Commemoration occurring on April 14, 2010, coinciding with the Days of Remembrance (April 11-18)

Honors the Jews and other minorities systematically persecuted in Nazi Germany between 1933 and 1945, where more than six million people were murdered

Calls on Ohio residents and future generations to bear witness to Holocaust atrocities and remain vigilant against tyranny, hatred, bigotry, racism, and prejudice

Urges all Ohioans to participate in the solemn observance and commemoration

Directs the Clerk of the House to transmit authenticated copies of the resolution to the Governor's Office, Ohio Jewish Communities Government Affairs Committee, and Ohio news media
