Honors the 2009 recipients of the University System of Ohio Faculty Innovator Awards, recognizing 11 award recipients: Robert Huber, Jason Abbitt, Michele Dickey, Bonnie Kirkpatrick, Janet E. Hurn, Bruce Weide, Tim Long, Marc Smith, Nick Reeder, Mark Thomas, and Charles Savage.

Recognizes the Faculty Innovator Awards program established in 2008 by Chancellor Eric D. Fingerhut to encourage development of affordable instructional materials, particularly on-line textbooks that reduce student costs.

Acknowledges instructors at University System of Ohio institutions who have innovatively used digital content in their courses to lower expenses for students.

Directs the House Clerk to transmit authenticated copies of the resolution to Chancellor Eric D. Fingerhut and the University System of Ohio.
