Extends condolences from the Ohio House of Representatives to the family and friends of Specialist Scott Morrison upon his death.

Honors Scott Morrison, a 2005 graduate of Sycamore High School who joined the U.S. Army in 2008 and was killed in the line of duty while serving with the 20th Engineer Battalion, 36th Engineer Brigade in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Recognizes Morrison's service to his country and sacrifices made to ensure freedom and justice, noting his contributions to those around him and his family including parents Donald and Sue.

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Specialist Scott Morrison's family.
