Honors Rebecca "Ronnie" Conner, a Trumbull County dispatcher, as the recipient of the Trumbull County Meritorious Service Award.

Recognizes Conner for answering a 9-1-1 call from Mr. and Mrs. Wildman regarding their 5-week-old son who was having difficulty breathing and losing consciousness.

Commends Conner for calmly and capably talking the parents through performing rescue breathing on their son until emergency personnel arrived, preventing a tragedy.

Commends Conner's demonstrated integrity, compassion, and responsible citizenship as an example worthy of emulation.

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Rebecca "Ronnie" Conner.
