Honors Mitch Rooks for receiving the Star State Degree in Agricultural Placement at the 2009 Ohio FFA Convention, an award given to only one FFA member in Ohio annually.

Rooks accumulated more than 5,600 logged work hours at Rooks Brothers Dairy and completed four years of supervised agricultural experience projects.

Rooks earned his State FFA Degree, first place in Dairy Placement Proficiency, and second place in Diversified Crop Placement Proficiency.

2008 graduate of Loudonville High School and member of the Loudonville FFA chapter.

House of Representatives commends Rooks as one of Ohio's finest young citizens and directs the Clerk to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to him.
